Na in 2018 als student-medewerker te zijn begonnen bij Ventoux Advocaten wordt Nelisa de Bruin per 1 januari 2026 compagnon bij Ventoux Advocaten.
Nelisa adviseert onder meer start-ups over de bescherming en exploitatie van intellectueel eigendom en privacy gerelateerde zaken en procedeert in IE-geschillen bij de Nederlandse rechter, het Europees merkenbureau (EUIPO), het Benelux Gerechtshof en het Gerecht van de Europese Unie.

After joining Ventoux Advocaten as a student employee in 2018, Nelisa de Bruin will become a partner at Ventoux Advocaten effective January 1, 2026.
Nelisa advises startups on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property and privacy-related matters, and litigates in IP disputes before the Dutch courts, the European Trademark Office (EUIPO), the Benelux Court of Justice, and the General Court of the European Union.
