Giannina specializes in intellectual property (IP), privacy and general contract law. This includes litigation as well as strategic and contractual advice concerning trade marks, trade names, domain names, copyrights, designs, unfair competition, distribution and licensing agreements, privacy and general terms & conditions. Giannina also has a particular interest in IT law and European tender law.
Giannina is a mentor at UtrechtInc, where she counsels innovative start-ups.
Giannina graduated from Utrecht University in 2010. Before joining Ventoux, Giannina worked as a professional support lawyer at the IP section of Van Benthem & Keulen. From 2012 until 2015 she divided her time between working as a professional support lawyer at Ventoux and as the editor-in-chief of the website Boek9.nl, a Dutch website which publishes all relevant case law, legislation and news regarding intellectual property law. Giannina was admitted to the bar in 2015.
