Vicky Tsoutsanis
Vicky specializes in litigation and transactions concerning intellectual property. She advises clients on all legal issues involving creating, marketing and protecting the intellectual property in their goods, services and business. Vicky also handles employment related intellectual property issues such as noncompetition, secrecy clauses and privacy related issues.
Vicky has studied law at Utrecht University. During her studies she took an internship at the employment law - section of a mid-sized law firm. After earning her degree in civil law in 2005 Vicky worked for a major TV broadcasting company. Vicky joined Ventoux in January 2006.
Vicky is a member of the Benelux Trademark and Design Rights Association (BMM), the Privacy Association (VPR) and the Dutch Association for Sport and Law (VSR).
Vicky has been a board member of the Utrecht Young Bar Association in 2008-2010. Currently Vicky is a board member of the Clinic in Amsterdam.
